Sahit Muja: Oil and green energy: Saudi Arabia's Aramco has $30 trillion in assets.

Saudi Arabia has about 2 trillion square meters that are capable to produce 14 trillion Kwh solar energy a day, enough to power the world. The average electricity consumption for a U.S. residential house is 33 kilowatthours (kWh) per day, 1000 kWh a month.

The oil prices are at $102 a barrel and natural gas is about $2. In the today's market price Saudi Aramco has above $30 trillion in underground assets.
With huge assets in petroleum and natural gas reserves Saudi Arabia can invest and become the world's largest produce of green solar energy.

Saudi Aramco is the world's largest global petroleum enterprise and a world leader in exploration, producing, refining, distribution, shipping and marketing.Saudi Aramco is 100% owned by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and manages proven reserves of 260 billion barrels of crude oil and it manages the fourth-largest gas reserves in the world, 239.5 trillion cubic feet.

Saudi Aramco, through its affiliate, Vela Marine International Ltd, owns and operates the world's second largest tanker fleet to help transport its crude oil production, which amounted to 3 billion barrels a year.
Saudi Aramco, through its affiliates has joint ventures and subsidiary in U.S, China, EU, Japan, Netherlands, the Republic of Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom .

Saudi Arabia is located in the Middle East between the Persian Gulf and the Red Sea. It borders Jordan, Iraq, and Kuwait to the north, Yemen to the south, and Oman, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Qatar to the east. The country is composed primarily of desert with area of about 2,217,949 square kilometers.
Along with abundant oil reserves, Saudi Arabia is blessed with another amazing source of energy – The sun.

With over 250 hours of sunshine each month, Saudi Arabia is ideally located to make the most of solar power. The sun energy will help Saudi Arabia to have clean and renewable resource while freeing up valuable hydrocarbon resources for alternative uses.

Saudi Arabia receives 7kWh of energy per square meter in 12 hours of daylight, significantly more than the amount of sun that hits a “sunny” country like South Italy, Turkey, Grece, Albania, Spain. This makes the Kingdom an ideal country for solar power projects for domestic and retail demand. The average electricity consumption for a U.S. residential house is average of 1000 kilowatthours (kWh) per month.
Saudi Arabia has about 2 trillion square meters capable to produce 14 trillion Kwh solar energy on sunshine day.
